Brise De Mer has three ensuite bedrooms located on the top floor. The master bedroom and the first bedroom both have king beds & their own private balconies. The third room has two twin beds that can be converted into a king if so desired. Additionally, the fourth room is a semidetached apartment accessed from the pool deck and is the last floor in the villa. This is a self-contained apartment with a kitchen, full bathroom and living/dining space and its own bar and patio area.
This large, spacious villa is perfect for a quiet and private family getaway. Exploring the sights of St Lucia couldn’t be easier from the villa’s prime location in the historic Cap Estate. For example, the bustling town center of Rodney Bay lies just a 10 minute drive from the villa. Additionally, Pigeon Point National Park is visible from the villa’s veranda.
The villa is equipped with modern appliances and furnishings, and there are three bathrooms with tubs and two half baths, one located on the main floor and one near the pool.
St Lucia Head Tax- There is a new head tax in St Lucia which is $6pp per night for Adults and $3pp per night for children between ages 12-17.
