Canouan Estate showcases a unique collection of stand alone villas and residences on a 1200acre estate that benefit from access to hotel services offered by the Pink Sands Club. The 14 Canouan Estate Canouan Estate Villas and 3 Canouan Estate Villas located on the panoramic hillside above Shell Beach on the 1200 acre estate, not only contribute to the estate’s wide-ranging accommodation choices, but also to the club’s convivial ambience. Specializes in delectably prepared cuisine that serves the best from land and sea using the finest quality ingredients, locally sourced delicacies, fresh catches-of-the-day, and just-picked vegetables. The TIDES BAR + GRILL menu features light and flavorfully satisfying interpretations of traditional and inventive dishes with a subtle Caribbean twist. Designed to appeal to a variety of tastes, small plate options include Conch Salad and Spiny Lobster Ravioli, and main entrée offerings offer dishes such as Salt Baked Whole Reef Fish Carved Table Side for Two, Colorado Rack of Lamb and Classic Surf & Turf. Asianne
East meets West in Asianne. This Pan Asian gem features the richly textured, highly engaging flavor profiles of Indonesia and Thailand – with some Caribbean twists. Chicly decorated in rich, jewel-tones of deep blue and golden yellow, aspiring-chef guests will covet Asianne’s impressively equipped open kitchen with its tandoor, brick oven and cobalt blue Molteni stove from France.
For starters, there are dishes including Shitake Mushroom Tea with Egg Noodles, Hot n Sour Thai Beef Salad and Crispy Onion Bhaji. It will be difficult to decide from irresistible main courses such as Pan Seared Snapper with Cumin Roasted Squash, Roasted Coconut and Chili Tossed Pineapple, Five Spiced Beef Sirloin, and Tandoori Spiced Lamb Rack. An exotic dessert menu features hard-to-resist temptations like Frozen Matcha Parfait and 48-Hour Compressed Watermelon.
