Set in a scenic part of Gros Islet out on the Trouya Pointe peninsula, C’est la vie is designed so that you can be in the driving seat on your holiday in the sun. Everything can be planned and organised for you, or you can do nothing at all. We provide the choices, you make the decision. Traditional Caribbean styling and Balinese influences lead to an open-plan and free-flowing layout. Landscaped tropical gardens and winding pathways lead to a secluded spot where snorkelers can explore the reefs and strong swimmers may circumnavigate the bluff and find themselves in another cove (also reachable by foot). These beaches make idea picnic spots.
The cuisine at C’est la Vie takes you on an exciting culinary adventure. International dishes are infused with local flavours, with the menus designed to the requirements of its guests. Specific requests can always be catered for, and meals are served either out in the open, in the dining room overlooking the gardens, al fresco on the terrace or indeed anywhere you like. BBQs are frequent occurrences at the two small beaches.
The rates include breakfast but meal plans are available to suit your preference. There is also the option to dine at a local restaurant once a week, details can be obtained from the butler or concierge.
The bedrooms at C’est la Vie have a distinct Caribbean atmosphere, with natural breezes and ceiling fans to cool you down as you relax or sleep. Air conditioning is also available. Each room is named for a nearby tree and are often built in such a way as to accommodate them. They are all spacious with ample storage space, with flat screen TVs and a number of DVDs available to borrow or rent.
A telephone is provided with direct access to the butler or concierge and can be used at the villa or elsewhere on the island, with international cell phones on request.
The villa benefits from excellent disabled access.
