Hibiscus House is a Stylish, traditional Caribbean detailed villa and is on one of the best places on the Cap Estate, right on a bluff overlooking the Caribbean and Pigeon Island National Park. A winding garden path and steps leads down through the gardens to Anse du Cap beach. Surrounded by beautiful gardens that are immaculately maintained, the estate is a lovely place to relax with a book and enjoy the tropical sights and sounds.
The entrance to Hibiscus House is a cool hardwood floored hallway where you find yourself amongst indoor plants. This Leads down into the dining terrace with seating for 14 and a patio beyond with lovely upholstered furniture and fans. A beautiful Caribbean atmosphere is evident here, all the while you are protected by a full alarm system monitored by a local security service.
Bedrooms
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning for your comfort.
Bedroom 1: Situated off of the library with a double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. Opening out onto two patios – one offering views out over the Caribbean and one with an outdoor shower.
Bedroom 2: Off the entrance hallway and up some steps, it opens out onto the terrace garden and has a double bed, fan and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Off the entrance hallway and up some steps. It has a double bed, fan and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Accessed through the gardens and on a lower level. It has a king size bed, fan and en-suite shower room. Connected to bedroom 5.
Bedroom 5: Accessed through the gardens and on a lower level. A children’s bedroom with two single beds, TV and VCR, en-suite toilet and outdoor shower. Connected to bedroom 4.
Communal Areas
The house has a large air conditioned living room with white furnishings, entertainment centre and adjacent library with books and a chaise longue. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with all mod-cons, including an espresso machine, wine cave and ice maker.
Outside there is a large infinity edge swimming pool with sundeck area, complete with loungers, BQ and seating for 12 people. There is a separate heated Jacuzzi and children’s pool with fountain.
A winding garden path leads to a massage hut, Anse du Cap beach and a private cove for swimming. A jetty provides storage for water sports equipment. Al fresco dining can be arranged on the jetty. Also on the grounds above the house is a tennis court with floodlights and a pavilion with racquets and balls – arrange with staff.
