Meals are enjoyed in a variety of intriguing venues, ranging from informal, toes-in-the-sand dining to elegant dishes paired with fine wines. Additionally, several bars help round out the experience and provide a generous variety of indulgent culinary options.
Terrace Restaurant – At the heart of the resort, the Terrace Restaurant showcases international dishes and local delicacies. Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed buffet style or a la carte. Then, after sunset, the restaurant becomes a candle-lit affair, encouraging patrons to relax and unwind.
The Trysting Place – Serving the finest cuisine paired with excellent wines, The Trysting Place features white bone china, crystal glassware, luxury linens and the soothing melodies of a resident guitarist. Malabar Beach Club – Malabar Beach Club is Stolentime’s “Toes in the Sand” restaurant, offering an intimate dining experience at the water’s edge. Enjoy lunch or dinner under an open sail roof, with furniture made from the local Samaan tree and driftwood. This inviting à la carte restaurant offers delicious light cuisine, using only the freshest local island ingredients and produce from the local farmers market.
The Terrace Bar –The Terrace Bar is the sunrise social hub of the resort, serving coffee in the morning, followed by afternoon tea and mixed drinks as the day progresses. The on-hand mixologists will happily craft whatever drink you fancy.
The Pool Bar – As the name suggests, the Pool Bar is your swim-up oasis for a custom cocktail. Great for escaping the rays of the warm Caribbean sun.
The Champagne Bar – A final destination for the night owls; The Champagne Bar is the late night hotspot for drinks, music, and if you’re brave enough; a bit of karaoke.
