Overview of Westhaven
Westhaven is a stunning, modern, and spacious two-story villa. It offers unrivaled luxury, all right on the water’s edge at the famous Gibbs Beach on the west coast of Barbados. Elegant touches and stylish interiors combine with immaculate gardens and grounds. Here, you can bathe in the warm sunshine of the Caribbean and alternate between dips in the pool and the warm waters of the sea.
The property is in a great location, with Speightstown and Holetown an equal distance away, with great shopping, bars and restaurants, you will never be short of things to do. There are also cultural attractions nearby too, with the museum of Caribbean Art and Arlington House firm favourites. The Millie Ifill fish market is also a short hop away and is great for fresh fish.

Bedrooms
The four bedrooms at Westhaven all feature air conditioning and outdoor patios or balconies, as well as dedicated en-suite facilities. Three are on the first floor with the fourth on the ground floor.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and bath/shower in its en-suite. It also shares a balcony with the second bedroom (two twin beds and shower only en-suite). Offering guests lovely views out over Gibbs Bay and beyond.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a smaller balcony/patio which looks out on the gardens. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a shower only en-suite. Bedroom 4 features a queen size bed and bath/shower in the en-suite.
Between the bedrooms there are two safes for storage of valuables.

Communal Areas
Beautiful gardens surround the property and lead you through a gateway to the large pool deck with its gorgeous views out over the beach and the sea. The pool decking is furnishes with loungers, and there is even a water feature that trickles to the sound of the waves. If you wish you can take the sun loungers out onto the sand using your own private beach access.
Inside there is a spacious and comfortable living room downstairs with a complete media centre. This opens out onto a large patio area from which you can admire the sunset or gather for cocktails after dinner. The full and modern kitchen is adjacent to the dining area meaning mealtimes and service are efficient through the day. You can even dine al fresco and sample one of the delicious meals prepared by the villa’s chef.
Staff
The staff consists of a housekeeper, maid/laundress and a highly-acclaimed cook who will prepare for you three meals a day. There is also a gardener to maintain the grounds and a night watchman.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night.
